AI & automation for local trades

Your business is leaking money. Find out where.

Missed calls, slow quotes, jobs that never got followed up. Every shop leaks somewhere, and almost nobody knows their own number. I study how your operation actually runs, research your market, and hand you the number, plus the plan to close it.

One investment. $299. Everything below is what it buys.

The quiet leak

Most small shops don't lose to competitors.
They lose to the busywork.

85%

of people who hit voicemail never call back. That job just went to whoever answered.

6–7

calls a day the average trade misses. A text back in seconds wins most of them back.

Hours

every week that quoting, follow-up, and paperwork quietly eat. Work software can just carry for you.

The work

This is a diagnostic, not a sales call.

You're not buying a product off a shelf. You're putting $299 into finding out, in writing, where your operation loses money and what closing each leak is worth. Here's what the investment returns:

The diagnosis

I look at your business the way an economist does. What is each problem actually costing you per month, and which fix earns its money back fastest? Real numbers, not vibes.

Market intelligence

Research on your company and the local field around it: where your leads come from, what your competition is missing, and the openings you can take before they do.

A ranked plan

On paper. The problems ordered by what they cost you, the first three moves, and what each one takes. You can run it yourself or have me build the top fix at a fixed quote.

Your intelligence portal

A private command center for your company. The research, the plan, your own trackers, and a direct line to me. It stays yours, and it keeps working after the report lands.

The plain version: I'm a real person who happens to be very good with AI. That's how the work gets done at this price. The tools are the how, not the thing you're paying for.

The portal

Every dollar of the investment lives in one place.

Consulting firms hand you a PDF and disappear. Your portal is the opposite: the research stays current, the plan tracks itself, and I'm on the other side of it.

01

Your company brief

Everything I found about your business and market, laid out in one clear read.

02

Your plan, ranked

The fixes ordered by payback. Check them off as they happen.

03

Your own trackers

Jobs, customers, money in and out. Build it however you want.

04

A direct line to me

Message me inside the portal. I read every one and answer myself.

How it works

Four steps. No mystery.

  1. 1

    You make the investment

One flat $299. No contract, no retainer, no upsell call disguised as onboarding.

  2. 2

You tell me how it really runs

A serious, consultant-grade questionnaire inside your portal. The more specific you are, the sharper your numbers come back. Everything you share stays confidential.

  3. 3

I research and write it up

Your answers plus my research on your market become your company brief: the leaks, what each one costs, and a ranked plan. It lands in your portal, not a dead PDF.

  4. 4

    You decide what's next

Run the plan yourself, or have me build the top fix at a fixed quote. Either way the portal and everything in it stays yours.

The math

Why this is an investment, not an expense.

Here's the honest asymmetry. The downside of the diagnostic is capped at $299. The upside isn't capped at all, because you keep whatever it finds, every month, forever.

What you put in

$299 once

That's the whole risk. If the diagnostic somehow finds nothing worth fixing, that's the most you can ever be out. I'll also tell you that straight instead of inventing work.

// no retainer · no subscription · no surprise line items

What it typically finds

1 job ≈ payback

For most trades, a single recovered job covers the whole investment. A missed-call text-back alone typically recovers several jobs a month. The plan prices each leak so you can see the return before you spend anything on fixes.

// your real numbers replace these the day your brief lands

Run it with your own numbers

Two inputs. No email required. This is the same math the diagnostic does properly.

Leaking / month$1,050
Leaking / year$12,600
The $299 pays back3.5× in month one

// estimates, not promises. The diagnostic replaces guesses with your real numbers. For reference, entry-tier audits at consulting firms typically run $1,500–$5,000.

The investment

Simple, and stated plainly.

About

Hi, I'm Aidan Hackett.

I studied economics at Florida State. I'm early in my career, and that works in your favor. I move fast, I price fair, and your win is how I build mine.

I look at a business the way an economist does. What is this problem actually costing you, and which fix pays for itself first? I won't hand you ten things to do. I'll find the one that matters and start there.

I built this whole thing myself, so you work with me directly. No account managers, no handoffs, no call center. Pick up the phone and you get me.

Questions

Straight answers.

What exactly does the $299 buy?

A full diagnosis of where your business loses time and money, with each leak priced. Research on your company and local market. A written plan ranked by payback. And your own private portal holding all of it, which you keep either way. Building any fix is a separate fixed quote, only if you want it.

How is this an "investment" and not just a purchase?

Because what you get back compounds. A purchase is spent once. This prices your leaks, and whichever ones you close keep paying you back month after month. Most clients cover the $299 with one recovered job.

Is there a free version?

Not of the diagnostic. That's the paid work, and it's where the value sits. If you're weighing it up, book a free 15-minute call and I'll tell you straight whether it's worth it for your shop.

Do I have to hire you to build anything?

No. The plan is yours to run with. Plenty of owners handle the fixes themselves. If you'd rather I build the top one, I quote a fixed price first and you decide.

What happens to the information I share?

It stays between us, full stop. Your answers and your numbers are used for one thing: producing your diagnostic and running your portal. I never sell, share, or show your information to anyone, and you can ask me to delete all of it at any time. The confidentiality commitment you accept at the start of the assessment spells this out in writing.

Is this just "AI"?

AI is how I work fast and keep the price at $299 instead of $3,000. What you're buying is a clear answer and a plan from a real person you can call. The tools are the how, not the point.
